It seems easy does it not? Well I am not speaking about seeing your reflection in the mirror. It is about seeing yourself. Can you ever see your own face or your own eyes? Never with the mortal eyes but indeed you see yourself daily with inner eyes.What are these inner eyes? Well folks this is nothing but inner conscience.
When you do something an inner voice says to you whether it is correct or not. It is true for everybody, and we mask the inner eyes by our greed, ego and wants. The people who go on and free themselves of these masks really become saints and if they go further they become next only to the almighty. In fact we are energy bits of the ultimate source of energy, the almighty. Even science has been able to prove recently that mass and energy the basic building blocks of the universe can convert into each other. So there is no limit to our inner eyes. So if you can open the inner eyes and see you will experience something that you have never done before. The easy way is to follow ancient Yoga and bring your mind to a standstill. Remember the earlier post of Yoga done easy which is the second blog I wrote. Just go ahead and follow those simple techniques and I am sure you will start seeing yourself, a bit unclear first but it will become easy with every try.
